What we do
-
SHIPALT installation planning
We sequence alteration work against the availability schedule, engineering drawings and space access, so crews start on time and stay out of each other's way.
-
Compartment closeout and QA documentation
Space-by-space closeout, inspection records and objective quality evidence, assembled so sell-off goes through the first time.
-
Production and crew scheduling
Daily crew plans, manning and progress tracking that keep supervisors and the prime working from the same picture.
-
C5I installation support
Drawing cross-reference, cable and equipment tracking, and installation documentation for communications and combat systems work.
How we work
-
Deck-plate experience
Led by a production manager who has run Navy modernization work on the San Diego waterfront.
-
Records that hold up
Documentation built to the standard inspectors and primes check against, not reconstructed after the fact.
-
Status you can see
Progress reported by compartment and by alteration, so open items surface early.
